IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Harborlight Fern Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
