IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Greenridge Rowan Health runs clinics and patient services around Baltimore. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
