IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Amberfield Bright Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Salt Lake City region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
