IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Stonegate Umber Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Reno area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
