IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Stonegate Beacon Community Partners Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
