IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Staffing places workers with employers around Reno. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
