IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rook Manufacturing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
