IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Foods and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
