IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Summit Lakeside Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Jose, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 720 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
