IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
