IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Redstone Hollow Energy is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
