IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Cedar Juniper Facilities is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
