IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Foxglove Ridge Construction is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
