IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Redstone River Markets Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
