IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Redstone Ridge Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Madison, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 328 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
