IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Greenridge Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Savannah plant, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
