IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Clearpath Drift Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Albuquerque. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
