IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Cedar Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Des Moines serving households and small businesses, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
