IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Nova Oak Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Little Rock, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
