IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Greenridge Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Louisville, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
