IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Cedar Forge Freight is a Wichita logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
