IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Highbridge Vista Manufacturing Group is a Jacksonville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
