IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Summit Pine Markets is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 283 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
