IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Orchard Freight Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
