IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Silverline Juniper Civic Services Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
