IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Clearpath Fern Arts Center Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
