IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Stonegate Rook Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
