IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Westbrook Basin Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Wichita, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
