IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Cleveland, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
