IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Bluepeak Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Tulsa with claims and service teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 871 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
