IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Associates is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
