IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Nova Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Nashville with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
