IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Highbridge Vista Manufacturing Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
