IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Westbrook Rowan Legal Group is a Milwaukee practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
