IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
