IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Foxglove Glen Facilities looks after properties across the Milwaukee region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
