IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Stonegate Pike Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the Houston area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
