IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Banking Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
