IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Highbridge Junction Staffing Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
