IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Nova Cross Health Group is a healthcare provider in Omaha with clinics and support teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
