IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Bright Basin Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
