IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Highbridge Oak Hospitality is a hospitality company in Miami with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
