IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Cedar Field Markets Partners is a Dallas retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
