IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Bright Basin Health Group is a healthcare provider in Omaha with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
