IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Arts Center is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
