IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Greenridge Vale Manufacturing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
