IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Bright Hollow Foods is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
