IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (remote)

Clearpath Cedar Health provides primary and specialty care in El Paso. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 856 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
