IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Providence, RI)

Lumen Juniper Health Group is a healthcare provider in Providence with clinics and support teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
