IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Glen Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
